Our door-to-door and compound transport service respond to customers’ needs to deliver goods from China, East Asian countries and Japan to the destination in a secure, speedy and efficient manner.

PROCESS 1

After goods have been consolidated in the container, the container will be carried to the container yard.

We will visit the designated factory or location instructed by our customer with an empty container. Once the goods have been loaded into the container, we will carry it to the container yard of the port of embarkation. Afterward, the goods will be carried in the container yard, and the confirmation will be carried out.

PROCESS 2

Export declaration

The carry-in goods in the container yard will be processed in the “Naccs” information entry handling system to carry out the export declaration.
After the export declaration, if there is no problem on the content of declaration, an export permission will be granted. If the customs inspection is conducted, document check and actual products will be checked. It will spend one more day than usual.

Departure of the vessel

The container vessel will leave the port and head for the destination.

PROCESS 1

After goods have been consolidated in the container, the container will be carried to the container freight station.

We will arrange a truck and visit the designated factory or location instructed by our customer. We will carry it to the container freight station of the port of embarkation. We base on the case mark of the document received from our customers to confirm the carry-in goods.

PROCESS 4

Export declaration→Export clearance

The carry-in goods in the container yard will be processed in the “Naccs” information entry handling system to carry out the export declaration.
After the export declaration, if there is no problem on the content of declaration, an export permission will be granted. If the customs inspection is conducted, document check and actual product check will be conducted.

The unloaded container will be moved to the container yard. The confirmation of carry-in will be carried out.

Delivery

We will directly deliver the container to our customer.

The unloaded container will be moved to the container yard, and then it will be transported to container freight station. In the container freight station, devanning will be carried out to separate the goods of each customer. The confirmation of carry-in will be carried out.

The carry-in goods in the container freight station will be processed in the “Naccs” information entry handling system to carry out the import declaration.

Delivery

We will load the goods and deliver them to our customer directly.
